Hmm... Jednak wydaje mi się być mało prawdopodobne, że wogóle ta postać się pojawi... Chyba, że np. na końcu będą przypominać sceny z wszystkich sezonów lub coś takiego... Crying or Very sad

Dlaczego?

8 długich lat i dziś (w sumie jutro) trzeba będzie ten rozdział zamknąć! Mamy wprawdzie 8 cudnych serii ale nigdy juz nie zobaczymy NOWYCH przygód naszych zdesperowanych Gospodyń. Tak smutno jakoś...

Ale czekam z niecierpliwością na FINAŁ !

Recap finału (niestety) po angielsku.

8.22 :

Scene from the sneak peek. Girls decide to take care of Mrs. McCluskey. "All those years they have thought of her as a friend." - Mary Alice.

"The town of Fairview has been rocked by a scandal." - Bree with the paparazzi. Gaby and Carlos discuss sports. Carlos is furious at her, he says that Bree shouldn't have taken the fall for him. He wants to step up and wonders how she couldn't feel guilty about the whole Bree-trial thing. "Trip knows what he's doing. Turning yourself in would be the worst possible thing. Abandoning your family. For what? Proving how honorable of a man you are?!"

Susan wants to talk to Lee about selling her house. Lee had an...ass-lift. LMAO They discuss why she hadn't told the girls about moving. "I just feel like a bad person." "The fact that you're worried about your friends says already you're a good person. And if Bree will get convicted you think she'll put that house on the market? And if Lynette and Tom will get divorced, you think that she'll..."

Penny calls Lynette to tell her that Jane and Tom broke up. Tom is on the other line. He asks her if she's got plans for tonight, he says that he needs to talk about something to her. She misinterprets it and thinks it's a date. She's all perky. Says she's drunk, because he notices she's acting all-weird.

Trip talks to Bree about Ben's testimony. He's worried it'll be damaging to her in the eyes of the jury. Says that he'll need to put out the Gaby's relation to Alejandro out there, if that'll be the case. She says that he doesn't need to worry about it, that his testimony will not be harmful to her. DA Stone asks about his phone-conversation with Bree, where she thanked him for "protecting her." He says that he doesn't remember such conversation. The judge plays the phone-call they got taped. They take him in custody for one night, since he doesn't want to testify. Judge says maybe that'll change his mind.

Lynette/Gaby/Tom scene from the sneak peek. She thinks it's a date. Tom says that he wants a divorce.

Renee visits Ben in prison, asks him if she's gonna have to cancel their wedding. He tells her that the murder happened on the night of the progressive-dinner party. Renee's stunned and says that she remembers something about that night. Tells him that she saw Bree getting out of her car. DA Stone asks Renee if she enjoyed her visit. The Renee-Ben conversation got taped, DA Stone wants her to testify. Blackmails her into doing so, because if she doesn't do it, she'll call immigration to take Ben out of the country.

Trial. DA Stone asks Ben how he's feeling. Brings up her question about the phone-call again. She calls Renee into questioning. Renee testifies. She says that a noise from the street about 3AM woke her up. She woke up and went to the window, saw Bree in a muddy clothes and leaves in her hair, walking up her driveway. She was carrying a shovel. Girls go after Renee asking her what has she done. "I'm one of the friends now?!" - she calls them out on keeping a murder a secret from her. "I picked the men I love over you. And judging by the way you guys have treated me, I made the right choice."

Bree/Trip scene from the sneak peek. He's worried she'll get convicted. They kiss. She tells him it was Carlos who killed Alejandro. Asks him not to use it against him or anyone else. Asks her to tell him everything. She tells him what happened.

Lee/Susan showing the house to the possible new buyers, as Gaby walks by. Susan freaks out, tells Lee to get them out of here. Susan says these are her old high-school friends, LMAO.

Trip brings a new witness to the stand. They recall Gaby. "You promised!" "I also promised to keep you out of jail." Gaby/Trip scene from the sneak peek.
She says Alejandro was her stepfather. The jury and the spectators freak out. Bree faints. The judge takes a resses till tomorrow. Bree faked her fainting, tells Trip not to touch her.

Gaby/Carlos scene from the sneak peek. Carlos says he'll confess. Gaby wants to protects him, she says she's gonna take the fall for him, because she's never been convicted unlike him and also because he always protected her and that she owes him. "Do you really think that the jury will believe that you dragged the body to the woods all by yourself?"

Carlos is awake. Gaby wakes up. He says that he's proud of her because of how much she has changed. Says that 5 years ago she'd never offer sacrifice for him. Adds that there's no way he'll let her take the fall for him. He says that she's become the perfect role-model for the girls and that they need her more than ever. "I love you very much, Gaby. But there's nothing that you can do to stop me."

Mrs. McCluskey wants to help and testify, says that Renee was dead-drunk the night of the dinner-party.

Gaby played Carlos, planted a knife on him to stop him from testifying. He can't go into the court. "Bye Carlos!" Carlos wants to stop her, the guards take him down.

Mrs. McCluskey testifying. Says that she lived 35 years on the Wisteria Lane. Talks about the street as community. "These wonderful people I've lived beside. They're my family." <3 Mrs. McCluskey talks about Alejandro and how he abused Gaby as a kid. Mrs. McCluskey says that when he came back, she "killed that son of a bitch." She's got nothing to lose since she's on a verge of death. Gaby storms into the courtroom. Mrs. McCluskey basically repeats the line about the "stress, fear etc." that Gaby told to Carlos. Judge calls the defendants into the Chamber. They discuss what they're gonna do. Trip says that they're gonna have to clear Bree of all the charges. "You can't possibly allow this." - DA Stone. Judge says that she'll have to, given Karen's testimony. DA Stone says that given her advanced age and deteriorating health the charges against BOTH Bree and Mrs. McCluskey have been dropped by the jury. Everyone's happy.

Tom visits Roy. Tells him that he filled the divorce papers today. He asks him how Karen's doing. Roy tells him that he didn't want anything left to be unsaid before she'll die and they had the talk about their pasts. He told her that she's the love of his life. Roy makes him realize that it's important to say these things when you still can. Tom agrees.

The girls and Carlos celebrate Bree's victory. They make a toast to Bree for protecting them all. Bree toasts to Mrs. McCluskey. Lee visits them. Asks Susan if she's got a second to talk to him. Asks her if she told the girls that she's moving. She says that everyone's so happy now that she doesn't want to ruin it, Lee says that he's got an offer on her house. Trip visits them. Bree tells him that it's a private party. Bree's furious at him. "There was no way I was gonna let you go to jail. Plus, there's this thing between us." Renee drops by. Apologizes to Bree. "Renee, you I can forgive. Come on in. And you are not welcome in my home." - to Trip.

Tom follows Lynette on the street. Wants to talk to her. "At the end before I left. Our problems looked...THIS big. So I went away. But now I realize they only seem that way because we were so up close agains them. And they are blocking me from seeing how much I love you. Which is...I see that now. And I need to tell you that, because you need to say these things while you still can." "My ice is melting. And I'm not exactly sure what you're saying." WTF?! "I am saying that I know you've moved on. And I hope you'll be happy. Because you Lynette...you will always be the love of my life. That's all." <3 "What do you mean I've moved on?" "Greg told me that you broke up with him because you're in love with someone else." "Yeah I am...YOU." "Me?" "You. You. You. You. You." <3 They kiss. FINALLY!

8.23 :

"That's how it all started." - Flashback to Martha Huber meeting Mary Alice when she first moved in." She's snooping around, wants to get more info on Mary Alice and her family. "It's no big deal, it's just..." -- "And just like that Martha Huber figured out I'm hiding something. And my new neighbor made it a mission to find out what my secret was. And that was the beginning to the end." Flashes of the Mary Alice mystery to the moment where she's taken her life.

Katherine comes back. She broke up with Robyn. She's not into girls...or men anymore. She says that she decided to channel her energy into starting her own business of frozen paistries. She breaks the news -- she's got a business proposition for Lynette.

Renee at the dress fitting. She wants the dress to be tighter. Ben arrives. She says he's got the get out of here, because it's bad luck. She's stressed out and mad at him because he blew everything. "Are you colorblind?!" She's bitchy to him and the seamstress.

Gaby breaks the news of Katherine's comeback. "You're gonna be sad to hear that she's not a lesbian anymore." Their gardener ditched the job. Gaby got a promotion, she's the head of the IP sales. She's freaking out over being the boss.

Julie at the check-up with Susan. She's all fine. Susan tries to set her up for a date with him. LMAO "It's hard to find a man when you're a single mom." "As I remember you found Mike." "Yes, I was very lucky." "Yeah, you certainly were."

Bree talks to Karen & Roy. They discuss her funeral... Trip calls her. She says that she's not interested in anything more again. She tells him to stop calling her. "I thought you liked him!" - Karen. "I thought it'd be fun to screw with people's lives one last time." - wants to help Bree & Trip get together.

Katherine/Lynette discuss expanding her new business worldwide.

MY STREAM WENT TO HELL.

Gaby's late for dinner. She bought him a watch to make up to him, just like he used to buy her jewellery back in S1. "The price of my forgiveness is being more present to me." "You want a car? You're sexy when you're angry!" "Yeah, that's mine too!"

Lynette runs into Natalie Walken-or-sth (a female-work-colleague from the Pilot) at the market. She says that Lynette sacrificed her career for Tom.

Carlos hires a new gardener...a female one named Carmen (Roslyn Sanchez). Gaby's pissed, storms off the house and drives off.

The bridesmaids hurry to Renee's wedding. She's bitchy to them all (Gaby, Susan and Julie).

Bree wants to check on her before Renee's wedding. Roy says she's asleep and that it won't be long now...He says that they'll be fine. He tells her that Trip helped them to get the record that Karen wanted. Says he's a good guy.

Scene from the sneak peek in the limo. Julie goes into labour just before the wedding. "How could you do this to me?! You had 9 months and this is the moment you pick?! My dress is ruined!" Gaby wants to take the turn to her Cumberley's store to grab a new dress and shoes for Renee. They fight with Julie and Susan who want to go to the hospital. Julie says that she can wait a few minutes. LMAO They have trouble getting the dress. Julie's almost giving birth, Susan tells the driver to go to the hospital and leaves Gaby and Renee out there. Gaby steals the dress. The limo's gone. The alarm goes off.

Renee's furious. "I've never seen anyone look so beautiful." - Ben.

They're all at the wedding reception. Lynette with Katherine on the phone, wants more time to decide. She talks to Tom, says that it can be the last opportunity like this. They fight. Tom's disappointed.

Bree runs into Trip. Ben invited him. She says that she's glad to see him, thanks him for what he did to Mrs. McCluskey. He wants another chance from him. "Is that why you found that old record? To impress me?" "I know I wanna be with you. But if you think you're not ever gonna trust me again. I don't wanna beg." "Why? Why do you wanna be with me?! You are my lawyer, you know all the ugliest details of my life. (...) You say you want me when you know how flawed I am? I don't trust you, 'cause it doesn't make sense." "How about I explain it?" They kiss again. "Look Bree, all those ugly details that you're talking about are making you human. I don't wanna love an ideal, I want a human." They kiss AGAIN.

Gaby and Carlos discuss John, while dancing. "What's shameful is that I neglected you. I had this beautiful wife and I focused on all the wrong things. Our roles are reversed now, but we can't go back to that." "We won't. We've grown up from then. Although for two grown ups we fight a lot. How do some couples just waltz through life?" "That's easy. You and me...we tango." <3

Julie asks Susan if she'll ever get married again, while being prepped for giving birth. She says she doesn't know. "If I'm ever called sad and lonely I can wrap myself around ALL THOSE MEMORIES and I will me contempt."

Lee gives a toast. Lynette gives a toast. "I finally have the thing I need to be happy. And then you forget. (...) You start looking around and thinking : what do I want now? What's the next thing I need to be happy? (...) Nothing works. And the reason that nothing works is that this hole in your heart is already filled. You just forgot. DON'T EVER FORGET. Always remember how much you wanted to be loved and how moch you love. (...) You already are happy. To Renee & Ben and to remembering." <3
Lynette & Tom talk. "You meant that?" "I'm happy. Right here. Right now."

Roy puts the record on once again. Karen dies. Julie gives birth.

Susan moved, but before she did so, she went to play the poker with the girls. "We've shared everything. How did we get so lucky?" "Promise me this is not the last time we're gonna play the poker together."

Lynette & Tom moved to New York 4 years later. She became a CEO. They bought a penthouse near Central Park. They had 6 grandchildren.
Gaby & Carlos left the Lane a year later. He helped her to develop a website. They left to California.
Two years later Bree and her new husband Trip moved to Louiseville. She joined politics. She was elected.
Susan introduces her to Jennifer, who bought her house. "This street is a lot of things. Boring is not one of them." MJ wants to go. Susan wants to take one last sping around the block. The ghost-montage, watching all over the Lane. A new mystery involving Jennifer is introduced with a cliff-hanger...FOR NOTHING. XD

Most common complaints : THE GIRLS NOT STAYING TOGETHER AS FRIENDS EVER AGAIN, despire their promise, no funeral for Karen, no Edie, Katherine's screentime cut way too short, no Julie's baby name, no ending for Andrew and/or Bob&Lee...and of course Katherine & Renee.
